The Survival Satchels
Terry’s Tag & Title in conjunction with the State’s Attorney’s Office is supplying much needed items to the women and children whom have fled their abuser to the safety of shelter(s). The Survival Satchel is a re-usable linen bag which contains a card listing items needed by the shelter, a Domestic Violence Fact Sheet, as well as resources for assistance should you, or a loved one be in need of those services.

Survival Satchel are available at the Office of Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office, all Terry’s Tag and Title locations (Eldersburg, Taneytown, Union Bridge, and Westminster), and local businesses.
